You answered me,
And made me bold with strength in my soul.”
Psalms 138:3 NKJV
CROSSROADS ON THE PATH OF LIFE
Choosing Resilience
When Catastrophe hits, crossroads
Choices — resistance or resilience
Accept defeat, Lunge forward to persevere
Dwell in negative, Live in faith
Dig in your heels and veer, Lift up your eyes and soar
Decline support from others, Receive with open arms
Avoid working hard, Resolve to be disciplined
Feel God’s abandonment, Rely on His strength
Abdicate to your lot, Determined to move ahead
Dismiss your dreams, Build a victorious lifestyle
Be disgruntled, Find a reason to give thanks.
Check the lense of your glasses,
Check the filter of your mind.
Check the pulse of your heart.
Dig deep…within.
Then choose, take that step along your path…be resilient.
